Project Overview
This project was completed in a high-rise condo in Beltline. The unit had shared plumbing stacks and strict work-hour restrictions.
The objective was improving ventilation and modernizing finishes without altering plumbing layout. Board approval documentation was submitted prior to construction.

Existing Conditions
Initial review identified:
- Weak exhaust airflow
- Clouded shower glass
- Builder-grade maple vanity
- Beige ceramic tile flooring
- Warm lighting causing uneven shadows
The plumbing stack location limited layout flexibility.

Scope of Work
Board approval documentation was submitted prior to construction start.
Outcome
Post-renovation airflow improved noticeably. Moisture clears more quickly after showers.
This project reflects how condo bathroom renovations in Calgary must align with building regulations and ventilation constraints.
